Vesqura is a legally registered small business under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. The business operates under the Udyam Registration. All business activities are carried out in accordance with Indian commercial and e-commerce laws.
We specialize in selling surplus, thrifted, and factory-second apparel. These products are sourced from verified distributors, export surplus lots, and authenticated suppliers. Being surplus or thrifted, some items may have minor variations, manufacturing marks, or packaging differences. Such imperfections do not qualify as defects.
All products are carefully inspected, cleaned, and quality-checked before dispatch. We ensure authenticity and usability while maintaining transparency regarding the nature of our products.
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, postal zone, and courier partner serviceability.
Important Notice: Once an order is handed over to the courier, Vesqura holds no liability for any delays, damages, misplacement, or delivery errors caused by the courier. In case of such issues, the customer must raise a claim directly with the concerned courier service.
We recommend that customers inspect the package upon delivery. Any external tampering, missing item, or visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier delivery person before accepting the parcel.
Due to the surplus and thrifted nature of our items, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be altered, canceled, or returned except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects verified by our team.
In rare cases of an incorrect item being delivered, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will evaluate the case and respond accordingly. However, refunds or replacements are solely at our discretion.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including name, address, and contact details — is accurate and complete. Any delay or loss due to incorrect details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Vesqura.
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address during the expected delivery window. Undelivered parcels due to customer unavailability or refusal may incur re-delivery or return shipping fees.
Vesqura Store, its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the website will be free from errors or defects.
We are not responsible for courier mishandling, delays, natural disasters, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, lockdown, or courier disruptions.
All transactions and services provided by Vesqura Store are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Kerala.
We operate strictly in accordance with consumer protection laws, MSME regulations and applicable.
All trademarks, logos, product images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Vesqura or its respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
